The school boy was son of that lady. Bus driver was her husband. The driver was brutal to his wife and to teach him lesson, boy hijacked bus. Lawyer wanted to stop the boy, instead lady stopped lawyer as she wanted to marry him and put a case on driver. He said yes and eventually boy got new father. Mean while gay doctor hold hand of gay pilot and ran away in jungle to spend rest of the day. 
Lawyer was kissing his new fiance sitting in mid row seat. and boy was standing next to driver.
Seeing all this, driver lost his control and met with an accident. Boy was standing and hence was thrown around hitting many things, getting injured. Rest were saved as they were sitting.
So boy was the one who hijacked bus. Thats it !!
