If reports are to be believed, she is going to be mother as "she is expecting a baby" on Sunday. Buzz is that Lakshmi is "taking the route of surrogacy", joining the likes of Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, to attain Parenthood. Manchu family is on cloud nine yet tight-lipped on it. The delivery will be Today around noon and Manchu clan is keeping their fingers crossed hoping to see whether it is a baby boy or baby girl. Lakshmi tied the knot with NRI businessman Andy Srinivasan in 2006 August and the duo has plans to shift their base to India recently. Even Mohan Babu tweeted yesterday, "To all my well wishers, fans & loved ones, I wl b announcing a wonderful news tomorrow around noon. One of the most important event of my life." Speculation is rife that veteran actor Dr Mohan Babu is going to be a grand father again. However, an official announcement regarding this is expected Today by noon.

She has been blessed with a baby girl, through surrogacy, in Mumbai on Sunday. Both mother and baby are healthy. Since the baby is born on Father's Day, both Lakshmi Manchu and her husband Andy Srinivasan are on cloud nine. While Manchu clan and fans are set for jubilation, Manchu patriarch Mohan Babu is of course rejoicing. The veteran actor spilled the beans on Twitter page. He wrote, "God had been kind.@LakshmiManchu my darling daughter has been blessed with a Baby Girl. Through surrogacy. One of the best moment of my life." Perhaps, this is one of the most valuable Father's Day gift Lakshmi has given to her veteran father .
