recently after merging anakapalle and gajuwaka , bheemili, vizag became a metro city. and now the population of vizag is more than twenty lakhs. so valla norms prakaram if a city exceeds its limit to more than twenty lakhs its elegible for metro. inka flyover antava , prasthutam vizag lo rendu flyover unnayi. traffic issue chala unnayi vizag lo. thats y they need to construct outer rings roads.
