Recent two weeks nunchi
Left-side chest pain and back pain vundi...

So while sleeping also turning towards right and keeping all body on right shoulder support only...

Body lo baga cholestrol ekkuva vundi

Health inusarance upgrade cheyinchali ippudu chala low qouted uhone policy ise chesthuna...

Inka life inusarance kuda ledu...

So chest pain ki cause nenu stressful life anukutuna and no activities from past few months...

Meelo evarkina chest pain valla problems vunaya

How to reduce emina idea vunda ?

Pleae help.

sleeping prblem nuvvu satisfied ga padukovadam ledhu.... no problem....padukone mundhu ok half an hour ala walk ki vellu....u feel better... i too faced the same situation..

idi summer kada go for some activities.. and if it severe dont neglect...

1. Drink lot of water - 2 - 3 lirs per day min

2. Take brisk walk in the evening. (Don't Run)

3. Go for Citrus Fruits (Don't go for artificial flavors) - Orange, Grape Fruit(avoid if ur under statin drugs tablets which will damage kidneys)

4. Don't sit in front of laptop for long hrs.

5. Go to Temples, play ground and have fresh air.

6. Don't think of MONEY always - which is not permanent in anyones lives.

7. Do shopping for urself which you like and be happy.

Nenu after dinner almost 10-15 mins walking chesthey i felt better...

May be gas form ayyi dani valla kuda vachi undachu...

Im sleeping more than 8 hours at night...

And the chest pain is not due to sleep i suppose...

Also it may be of stress and unhealthy life style only...

I will visit doctor soon...by next week or so after getting good health insurance...

First general check up chepinchukoni ra ... do high intensity activity for atleast 30 min daily man... take care of ur health first ... money lands extention comes last...

nenu kuda nilane 8 hours padukuntunna anukuntunna..... kaani its not like that...... one month back varaku nenu night 11 ki padukunte 8 ki lechevadini... but still i feel body pains like what you have mentioned.... and feeling drowsy in office... later i changed my sleeping time 12 to 7... now i feeling better and no body pains.... and i am very much fresh after going to office..... 

8+ hours padukuntunnam ante just lying anthe... mentally nuvvu 8 hrs padukovadam ledhu....

ur no. 1 priority visit a doc immediately....neeku edo heart problem undi emo ani tension tho kaadu....prevention is better then cure so problem ento telusuko bhaiyya...

Bhayya mind lo edhi ayyina doubt vunte consult doctor and clear it off... appudu koncham mental peace vuntundhi then automatica gaa everything will be good..
