As it is gaa nuvu cheppina problem unde naku....
I recently visited doctor...evety thing alright anichepparu..konchem cholestrol ekkuva undii anduke appdupudu ala pain vastundhii..so do running/walking atleat 3day week(basic gaa nenu roju gym ki veltaaaa nenu fit anna asumption lo unna) ani chepparu.

Mari cholostrol enduku undhii ani adigaa
Appudu chepparu food ani...(manam roju lunch/dinner) bayatane tittam.

U have to eat good food,drink water,walk
U will be alright.


Exact ga chepav

Nenu few montha back regualr ga walking ki velle vadni almost 2-3 miles everyday...

But past few weeks not walking at all...so that might be the big reason and difference i found...

1. Drink lot of water - 2 - 3 lirs per day min

2. Take brisk walk in the evening. (Don't Run)

3. Go for Citrus Fruits (Don't go for artificial flavors) - Orange, Grape Fruit(avoid if ur under statin drugs tablets which will damage kidneys)

4. Don't sit in front of laptop for long hrs.

5. Go to Temples, play ground and have fresh air.

6. Don't think of MONEY always - which is not permanent in anyones lives.

7. Do shopping for urself which you like and be happy.

 heart attack kaadu...lite theesuko.....problem may b one of the two things

1. Gas or ulcer in ur stomach.....this could be the result of ur food habits and stress levels in ur life.

2. If the pain is only one side of chest and some other parts..but only one side of body...It could be related to brain.....get an MRI done ASAP.

1. Remove salt and sugar completely from your day to day activity results good functioning of internal body parts like heart ,liver, stomach.Helps you weight loss.Avoid fruit juices , any sodium content , any sugar content, any fat contents

2. Eat 5 or 6 times a day but eat less . Try to avoid rice which has lots of starch and sugars.

3. Drink detoxic Juice every day.  detoxic- carrot,beetroot,spinach,apple,celery,cucumber, Lime.

4. Involve in the physical activity 5 times a week fro 20 -30 minutes. physical activity like brisk walking ,running,weight lifting, clean the home, cleaning the car.etc

5. Drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water.(I know this is very commonly told but there is no other choice for me to say)

If you follow this for atleast 3 days , see the difference the way you think , the way you behave, the way you take challenges. I do this , I have seen the difference. Last but not least STOP SMOKING. 

You dont need doctor or need anybody advice. these small little things makes much difference.

Gas anukuntuna nenu kuda plus ulcer

Inka only left upper half of the body ne undi pain...

Kind if stiffness vundi shoulder back and between color bone and chest...

Detox cleans your body  like reducing the fat,  makes you feel fresh, remove constipation, pumps lot of fresh blood through beetroot which abviously freshens your mind and activities. 

Brother serious ga chepthunna detox is really a powerful juice.  Now a days it became a part of my food in my routine life. Its really worth it. Make it fresh and drink immediately. 

Detox cannot be stay for long time ,it releasees some bad acids .

Problem might be Heart Burn. Naku few years back chest area lo pain unde chala. I asked one of my friend's cousin who is a doctor. he told that it might be heart burn which is caused by untimely food intake and stress. He suggested to take Omiprezole tabs which is a 14 day course. I followed that and I did not get any pain after that. Yogurt or Lassi chala teesuko and i suggest 3 to 4 meals everyday on time. Hope this helps.

Unte this pain might be related to heart burn ..

But am not sure why u r getting back pain .. Okko sari gastric problem unte back pain osthundhi .. Anything related to stomach sometimes will give pain in the back ... Ladies ki mensus ochinappudu baga back pain untadhi ...
