macha Posted June 17, 2014 Report Posted June 17, 2014 Triceps push downs....over head..... 110 lbs good amount of weight ... nadi almost same ...bench press dumbells 95lbs each sides with 7-8 reps of 3 sets and curls of 65 lbs .. biceps curls 100..proper form is important mama.. taking enough whey bcaa after workout and casine nite ?.
