Biceps I'm doing 15 lbs - 16 reps
20 lbs - 14 reps
25 - 10 reps
30 - 8
35 - 5
40 - 2 reps....

reps tho patukoni peak of the muscles kuda important mama... ee exercise chestunavu? Biceps ki 3 muscles concentrate chyala.. inner, peaks, outer, same goes triceps .. .. google lo 6 weeks to sick arms type kotu.. first link should take u to bodybulding try that program... atleast 1 inch perugutundi arms ... ur triceps it the main muscle to look ur arms bigger ..

Triceps push downs....over head..... 110 lbs

good amount of weight ... nadi almost same ...bench press dumbells 95lbs each sides with 7-8 reps of 3 sets and curls of 65 lbs .. biceps curls 100..proper form is important mama.. taking enough whey bcaa after workout and casine nite ?.

Good luck man...Nenu kuda kontuna...But as suggested em konna, go for used one kothallo
