Programmer requirement will be Btech + 2yrs exp anuko.. adhe requirement Ad post chestharu and aa position falls under EB3 category... Me friend qualification tho sambandhamledu .. even though he has MS + 4-5yrs exp..

jadugar Posted June 17, 2014 Report Posted June 17, 2014 eb2 or eb3 woiuld not be decided based on your qualification or experience... it all depends on position and requirement for the position... if they have to do in eb2, they would have to increase the position, experience, thereby increase the salary also.... consultancies would do as per our experience and they want to do in eb2....so ala chestharu... pedda pedda companies wont change policies for your sake......eb2 lo cheyali ante salary penchali as well as requirement.. even company needs to justify the requirement for the position offered which the company doesnt do

Salary will be decided by Labour department during Prevailing wage period...general ga it depends on Location and requirement.. EB2 kindha raavali ante Requirement satisfy avvali.. like MS + 2yrs exp vaallu kavali ani undhi anuko req.. then it will fall under EB2 or Bachelors + 6yrs exp atlaa
