Go for contracting and get ur gc started,....that way your safe....no more layoffs

One doubt bhyaa contact lo pake peti potamu kada aa contacting position ne ft ki convert chestey mana pake experience emi problem kada ? Lile filing ur gc 5 hey will use pake resume naa how to cover that ?

full time is noting but longer contract with lesser pay.....ani ekkado chadivaa....

Depends on your present situation getting a full time in 3 week is not that easy any how that depends anukoo based on your domain/skill set. First find a employer who is willing to transfer your h1. Tharvatha you can think about FT or contr

If your employer is genuine and don't have much layer between client then it's better to go with contr. you earn more and also elantiii situation vodavvuu like layoff

When you convert to FT they will take all details about your education and emp history. So that they can do verification. Sometime they just call emp that based in US only. While filling GC at 140 stage you need to provide experience letters from all employer.
