Diet plan kuda mention cheyyi ..With exercise nd with out exercise how many calories intake???..protein intake???...that would be help

 

na diet ante mornig 4-5 eggwhites with peanut butter n bread ... arnd 11oclk ki 20almonds ..lunch ki grill chicken salad or anything with grill chicken .. even protien shake after workout(optimum nutrition whey protein) and night again grill chicken or weekly 1-2 times chicken biryani or anything i like .... i dont like coffee tea or soft drinks so i'll avoid them , .. and most important atleast 3liters of water in a day ... nenu protein intake eppudu count cheyaledu including protein shake easy ga 150-200gms of protein untadi ankunta in a day and about 2500-3000 calorie intake in a day  ,
