I think only children on h4 don't need for fulltime... but for wife she need to be on f1 if she want full time... because one of my cousin and wife's frnds converted from h4 to f1 to attend college. .. in this case u as a husband need to show bank balance here to support her education and when u go to india u need go for stamping for f1... @ts are u married already if not send her to stamping first and then pelli chesuko ... because her status will be single kada..

We live in maryland, any universities that can do the above.... already 1 yer resident, do h4 still need toefl/gre scores to join university ? suggest some MD/VA/DC/DE univ's thanks in advance....
