It can be challenged........whole India knows how the T-bill is passed.......we are not opossing entire bill....certain points meeda we can fight.....

True, the whole bill was drafted by congress govt and passed through their MP's without the consent of andhra pradesh assembly or any politician for that matter.

 

Also, if you remember the current cuts in andhra, they donot have power for almost 12 hrs in all the villages  and most towns. In that case, how can they claim the utilization to be only 46%  of the whole state. they were only providing that much.

 

It is injustice to allocate that way. so there is high chance that telengana govt will lose the case in Supreme court. But I hope both govts settle this outside the court and make sure hyderabad is not affected due to ego's of these politicians

Best solution is TG finds alternative within 6 months to an year maax...........and center should provide deficit current to AP free of cost.........we should not depend on each otehr maan......it will be diasater........also KCR is doing un-called agitation on polavaram for just 543 MW of current TG will lose because of polavaram,which is pathetic........mari polavram kuda bill lo vundhi,why is KCR not complying??
