I love chicken pickle...When i buy it outside it costs me around 500 per Kg. Now i can make it out with 250 and home made taste...today also i have seen different meal maker curry ...look wise it is superb, i donno taste

Guys chali kalam modalainde........manchi vedi vedi annam kastha Chicken pickle vesukoni thintey  racha rambola untadi

 

Ingredients:

 

Chicken 1 KG ( Bone less)

Chilli Powder( Depends on Spice)

Oil

Ginger Paste

Lemons

Garam Masala.

Salt

 

 

How to make:

 

After washing the chicken peices , dry it for an hour in Dry cloth or in tissue papers.

 

 

1)Chop the boneless chicken in to small pieces and fry it in oil until colour turns to little brown.

2) take the fried chicken in a bowl add garlic paste, garam Masala , chilli powder, salt together. Add 2 lemons or lemon juice and mix them well.

 

3) Add  the  required amount of oil, which is used for frying chicken ( Note : oil should be added when it is cold)

 

4)keep it aside for 2 days, so the masala will be captured by chicken peices.

 

Have it with hot rice.

I dont eat Mutton...Can you share if you have better recipe for chicken pickle

1/2 kg chicken without bones
5 tbsps ginger garlic paste
5 tbsps red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
3 lemons juice
2 tbsps salt 
1 cup oil
 
For garam masala powder:
1 tbsp poppy seeds/khus-khus/ghasagasalu
6 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
 
 
 
Dry roast all the spices individually over low heat ,let it cool down and grind to a fine powder
cut chicken to small pieces and marinate the chicken with little salt and 1/2 tsp chilli powder.Deep fry the chiicken until it is lite brown and a little hard.
take out the chicken from oil and in the same oil add ginger garlic paste...fry until you get the aroma....then switch off the stove and add chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,turmeric powder
Let the mixture cool down and than add the lemon juice and combine well 
 
Leave it for 2-3 days than you can eat
