Who Is The Best Speaker In Your Opinion?

Who you guys think was the best speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative assembly before it got divided recently?    For me it will always be Suresh Reddy during Ysr's regime..I used to enjoy the assembly sessions when suresh reddy was the speaker because primarily he's well educated, know the rules, well controlled approach, the way he used to convince the leaders and allot time slots...thorough professional..He had the right qualities of an assembly speaker..

 

After him and before him I always felt they were bunch of idiots who were not at all good..what do you guys think?
