I need a furnished room with (AC preferred, or without) , with private bath minimum ... the living room etc can be sharing , dont mind . How much money are we talking here ? I want around Studio City , Sherman Oaks, Encino etc Also places to eat ? I neither cook nor want to cook . How much will it cost per month ? Please let me know ;) anyone livin in Ca or know these things ... Renting House is My preference ... i dont care abt food thankyou :)

For $750 A lovely furnished guest room with full bath ( tub and shower newly remodeled ) i, 2-story townhouse Clean, hardwood floors, Cable TV in your guest room, attached full bathroom with skylight, small dorm sized refrigerator within closet of guest room. Empty dresser and closet for your use. Wifi internet connect, LAUNDRY ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT - washer / dryer in garage may be used anytime. Full kitchen downstairs to use. BIKE is here for guest to use whenever desired. RENT IS 750.00 per month. You pay nothing more, utilities all included in rent. Let me know friends :) thankyou Like is this Property worth 750 , also its non ac ... its in Sherman Oaks locality .... Help , Ive been asked to pay $250 as advance to confirm ..... i dont know the prices etc u need to guide me
