I have to give suggestions on how to handle the below problem in Oracle. Can someone please give me their inputs.

 

Project Material Request process (internal – same org):

 

Problem: End user needs to create a material request that would drive demand/MRP and at the time of fulfillment (issue or shipment), charge the material to a project and relieve inventory.
