Past year I got 1099-MISC as non-employee compesation from prime vendor.2013 lo aaa 1099 tax returns lo file chesanu.

Idhi emi aina H1B and I-485 ku impact untunda alage solution edhi aina unda.

Any suggestions highly appreciated.

no impact....on h1b with IRS...fir i-485 ...should be clear too...but depends...on ur tax filing history and all...

 

if u file 1099g with ur tax returns...u should be good...
