I started using Bioting, konchem thaggindhi fall after like 2 months...But doctor gadu future problems vasthayi and if you stop biotin, 3-8 times ekkuva udipothadhi annadu..... Shampoo different try chesthuna...But Nioxin okkate bagundhi....Will try this one for few months and see nenu currently Biotin 5000mcg daily 1 ... and mostly protein food to possible extent...and using iGrow ... use chesi 2 months aitundi kaani... new hair vachindo ledo telvadu... but konchem hair thick ayyindi anna feeling vundi... but scalp maatram healthy vunna feeling em raaledu... Biotin molana problems enti ? what are the side effects ? it is water soluble vitamin, side effects almost nill ani research chesaake start chesa nenu... its been 2 months now... if it is not advisible.... ippudu aapadame better kada....
