Nalgan is new compared to Rsrit. I know the marketting team for rsrit is good.

Rsrit company is good... microsrategy marketing/teaching ki unde athanu koncham theda... andharini arusthaadu.. athanu cheppindi vinali annattu.... Pay fixed ... may be after an year or 2 he will change you to % basis based on the relation you maintain with company(like introducing new people to the company etc) . Company is good in terms of status etc.. don't know about Nalgan...

 Thanks bro..I have gt little experience on microstrategy I worked with a prime vendor till date and I finished my project recently..now I am looking for an employer who would take care of H1 and all other status issues in future and right now I am in opt extension.
