success rate is only 10% out of my 8 years experience. 

I have seen nearly 10 people who got rejected, at the same time I have seen one person got accepted 8 years ago.

Few reasons I heard:- 

1. He is already a student with out earning. 

2. You are already a graduate, it looks like you also and will convert to H1 and settle there.

3. Your husband didnt come on vacation. let him come for the vacation then will see next time that you are not immigrant .

4. Your husband is in final semester, he will be back in another 3 months. I dont see any reason giving visa for 3 months where you guys already stayed for 1.5 yr. If you go there again it will be burden to your husband and it may affect his education in the last semester. 

5. No Sufficient funds.

6. mee husband and his sister already staying in US, it looks like you also go there and will never comeback-immigrant .

7. mee husband ki ivvadame ekkuvaa malli neeku kuda naaa.
