GHMC Demolition at Ayyappa Society

As per CM KCR orders demolition is going on in Ayyappa Society. GHMC officers continues the demolition work from the Gurukul Trust premises on Tuesday at ayyappa society.

Construction measures of 21 buildings are taken and identified to be illegal and five of them are demolished on Monday night. The rest of them began on Tuesday from 6.30 am with huge support from the police department.

GHMC commissioner someshkumar, cyberabad police commissioner cv anand oversaw the demolition works. 2 ACP, 4 CI and 15SI and nearly 200 police employees surrounded the area.

Some of the buildings are completely demolished by the authorities and the other are partially demolished. In violation of Court orders and government commands these construction are found recently. GHMC commissioner someshkumar said to FREEONLINEGMEDIA that these buildings are found with illegal constructions, and he also said that GHMC has full rights to demolish illegal structures and there is no need to provide notice. He also said that this demolition work will continue on Wednesday too and the same operation is going on near SERILINGAMPALLY but some of them opposed and interrupted to demolish the buildings, interesting is that MLA A.gandhi and Corporator jagadeshwar reddy are opposed the demolition work and they were arrested and took to custody.

Where as in the contrast Justice Ramesh Ranganathan has issued a notice to GHMC officer to give notice before demolishing the buildings and listen their arguments and should respond appropriately in the case of demolition of the illegal structures in the gurukul trust.

Some building owners filed petitions in the High court on Tuesday urgently in the form of Lunch-mason. Justice Ramesh ranganathan has inquired the case and issued this order reportedly.
