From my childhood, I have felt that Hyderabad is "my" place too probably because it is the capital of the state. I don't have much idea about all the districts of Telangana, similar to the way a resident of Telananga wouldn't have much idea about most of the Andhra districts.

I have worked in Hyderabad for about 6 years and paid my due share of taxes, rents, bills, spent enough on malls, movies, shopping etc. I have bought a resale plot in the city using some of my hard earned money too. Now, what among my actions are TG folks marking as "dochukovadam" ? I don't agree that the city stayed the same way from Nizam's rule till date. Do all the people who have lived there, contributed their earnings, made it their home have no share in Hyderabad's development? I am not saying that Andhra people developed it alone, but, I feel it is so outright unjust to say that Andhra people didn't have any contribution in making Hyd the world class city it has transformed into. How does my purchase of a land plot become grave injustice to the telangana people and how does it become exploiting telangana folks? Isn't that the way everyone tries to prosper in their personal life - save some money, buy some land, buy a vehicle, build a house and so on? Won't the aspirations of a common andhra person be mostly same as those of a telangana person?

From the time the agitation started sometime in 2006, I have always felt resentment and agony whenever KCR & co made the 100 and odd statements like "jaago, bhaago".  It is very hurtful to notice that most of the telangana people agreed with KCR and started spewing venom on people like me.

Right from that time till the recent fee reimbursement hatred, these things have deeply affected me. I am slowly trying to come out of my love for the place and people that I once liked.

How do you people who have gone through similar process stop yourself from hating telangana government as well as people? Sometimes, I hope that there might be people across the border who are just like me, even if they are in minority. But, when I look at the newspapers, actions of the TG government, reactions of the TG people, posts of the TG people on forums like this, I get a sense that all is lost and we are officially the ind-pak of southern india.

At present, I live in Bangalore, I have wanted to go back to Hyd and settle there. My husband owns a software company, I have forced my hubby earlier to look for expansion plans in Hyd; but, now, given my disillusion with TG and its people, we have scrapped those plans and looking at other cities. I know that business should be done without emotions, but, I am not able to convince myself to come and live among such people who have ridiculed my roots and who are filled with hatred.

I have been a silent reader of the posts in this forum, I wanted to vent out my ire and despair about the current state of affairs.

So If I say against TG then I am not from TG. I am not happy with the things going on presently maybe its good for TG but everyone should be treated same. Once TG is separated they should have just started developing instead of more hatred behavior.. That's my view, if you don't like thats ok..
