H1lenijeevitham Posted June 25, 2014 Report Posted June 25, 2014 I appreciate the fact that you are chilling out in bangalore atleast!! The reason i said you are narrow minded is because of the fact that a person like KCR may be verbally brutal at times(for what so ever it may be), but did his words effect your personal life or your security in hyd in any manner??? If your answer for the above question is yes, then tell me how many ppl from seemandhra has been beaten, abused or attacked personally, did any one grab your properties in hyd? Nothing has really changed except for the fact that the state is divided. If what KCR is speaking is making you uncomfortable, then it must not be the reason to leave hyd. I suggest you to know about the Thackreys in Mumbai, even today they threaten and abuse non marathi ppl and inspite of that Mumbai has grown into a global city. Same is the case with hyd, whether u like or hate someone who is abusing( if possible deal with it), you have no single reason to leave hyd...all i am trying to say is that dont take it personal and become emotional, hyd is not any ones property, it is our nation's and soon going to be a global city!! Soon aa? e, soon commission kosam aa KCR gadu metro rail ni oka 5 yrs venakki nettadu pichi pune gadu

porsche911 Posted June 26, 2014 Report Posted June 26, 2014 I do have a life, a great one at that, thank you. Well, the feeling is mutual, I too feel blessed that I am not stuck in a situation to live in the city like a second class citizen. Yes, I have read many posts where there are extreme statements from either side, but, your reply doesn't clarify whether you concur with the statements made by KCR & co. Do you expect everyone like me to say that KCR is correct and say "ayes have it"? When did "condemning KCR and gang's statements" become equal to hatred and narrow mindedness towards TG? You are wrong. People like me do stand 200% chance in Hyd, it is out of my choice that I reject it. Chilling in Bangalore as per your directive.Nenu US vachi telsukundi endi ante.... Paisa ki pani ki radu ee GRE english... Simple city undali
PulseCheck Posted June 26, 2014 Author Report Posted June 26, 2014 @TS Your concerns are valid from a investment stand point and being rational. But the biggest problem here is everyone is concerned from their own point of view. Who has the maturity to look it in a balanced way.I am from TG but most of the time i studied in Hyderabad and i have diversified set of friends right from Vijayanagaram to Guntur and Cuddapah. I have been a BJP supporter from beginning (although my family was traditionally congress) and definitely i will give credit to Naidu for bringing development to AP and Hyderabad (thats my opinion only). Now concerning the Telangana movement (just like mentioned above by a DB member) there were lot of agreements violated by previous governments and did not give the due share to TG and also showed their high handedness encouraging factionists and land grabbers, bringing in their own caste and regional domination. That eventually turned to a movement politicized by the TRS and their goons who have created hatred beyond imagination between regions for their petty political gains (I still can't believe someone can destroy the statues on tank bund and support it) My question is do we common people have any idea what rational thinking means or is there a life beyond caste and region/religion and work as a normal human to help each other. Some idiots cannot think beyond their filmi hero worship and some rot their life with their sacred caste feeling and some end up on regional hatred or brainwashed desi taliban agenda. To summarize most of them cannot think beyond their petty shortsightedness and run on emotions without reason and logic and this applies to all the regions in AP. PS: This is my opinion and if anyone doesn't like it you can outright reject it and need not resort to personal abuse or call me a particular caste guy or not a pure jihaadi. Yeah, there were violations. And, the politicians across Andhra and Telangana were the reason for them. Unfortunately, it became a war between broad sections of people. Common public, in any area, have enough problems as it is in their lives, when TG folks point to all the Andhra folks(not just politicians, land grabbers) and say that A people had some sinister plan in mind to rob T of everything, it surely doesn't help. About the caste feeling, it beats me every time I notice it. I have never liked the influence of caste on one's liking/opinion/action. Regional hatred is something we have been exposed to in the recent A vs T war, I am sure we will learn to live with it over time.
