Establishing a capital in Vijayawada-Guntur and destroying farm land in the name of raising buildings is the first wrong step. Then establishing institutes like AIIMS there that required significant land parcels is another wrong step. Why not just establish institutes like IIT, IIM etc in Vijayawada.
