**guys, Check This Out**

Guys, i am in a strange situation. Can anyone help me. 

 

-- I was working under Employer A till December 2013. Project over....Emp A did not pay me completely as he was saying that he did not get payment from the vendor. The vendor did not get from Prime Vendor.

 

--Now, the vendor is not answering the calls and not responding to any email. I contacted the Prime Vendor(PV). PV told me that vendor has performed non-ethical tasks and they held up some part of the payment (Not the amount that my emp A has to receive but almost half).

 

--Now, PV told me that they want to get out of this by clearing out the payment. They asked me if they should pay my emp A or should they clear it with myself. If they pay to my employer A, he will only pay me half.

 

--Currently, I have my H1 B thorugh another employer B, and I am not working for employer A.

 

So, how should I move forward. Should I ask them to send the payment to employer A or should I clear it with myself. 

WIll there be any issues in any of the above ways?
