People are misunderstanding the rule that says, that your father must have been born in telangana to be considered as local. Idi only fee reimbursement kosam KCR vaduthunna ploy. That doesnt mean anyone whose father is not born there should leave Telangana.. It is nothing but politics..CBN ela aithe first sign runa maafi meeda sign chestha ani cheppi..last ki ade runa maafi meeda commitee veyadaniki sign chesado..Idi alane..KCR is trying to reduce the amount of fee reimbursement money by narrowing the window..which is nothing but politics.. First of all.. fee reimburesement even during YSR Rule you have to show a yearly income of 1,00,00 INR or below to be qualified for the scheme..so middle class vallu evo tappudu lekkalu chupisthe tappithe detloki raru.. inka upper middle class antava..deniki apply kuda cheyaru.. kaani If I am not wrong KCR has said he will give Fee reimburesement for every child in Telangana.. so aa no. of people ni taggincha danike ee pichi clause..
