so move ur asss and get the things moving...lekapote delay unte kashtam..its time taking process....mainly when u r not present..

puttinappudu teyakapote.....u need to have affadavits of both the parents or any elders present during the child birth..

 

and a letter from hospital where u were born.....this one is tricky one..chala mandi ivvaru..eppudo aina daniki...

 Birth Certificate [OR] Two affidavits + Non-Availability Certificate.
