H1 always oct 1 nunchi start avutundi.. So appati varaku Cheepeetee kalasala lo chaduvuko.. Oct 1st nunchi u can quit kalasala.. No probelm

cpt unantha kaalam..u will be on F1..

if your H1 approves..it starts from OCt..

so from OCT1 you will be on H1...and your F1 will not be valid anymore..

From Oct it is your choice to go to school or no..

u dont hav to...as you are on H from OCT

Nuvvu already f1 opt lo vunte.. Nee sevis ni cheepet kalsala ki maristavu anthe.. U dont need to do anything more.

H1 Application involves two steps..

one is Form129

another is Change of Status ( from F to H)

 

since H1 is for October employment..and it has all documentation..they will approve the H application.

 

but lookin at your CPT stuff..they think..you are not maintaining valid F1 status..hence deny you the Change of Status..

in such a case you have to step out of country and get your thing stamped..

if cpt is on ur 2nd Master's & eechokati applied on ur 1st MS ..then no need
