gudboy999222 Posted June 26, 2014 Author Report Posted June 26, 2014 H1 Application involves two steps.. one is Form129 another is Change of Status ( from F to H) since H1 is for October employment..and it has all documentation..they will approve the H application. but lookin at your CPT stuff..they think..you are not maintaining valid F1 status..hence deny you the Change of Status.. in such a case you have to step out of country and get your thing stamped.. oh thanks bro.. So final verdict...CPT lo undi h1 apply cheste h1 approve ayithe..without informing school we can continue with our H1 right???

gudboy999222 Posted June 26, 2014 Author Report Posted June 26, 2014 india velaali ani untundhi i797 lo..but u can go Jamaica also Ikada main issue emitante..school fees..nenu GBU lo cpt tisukundam anukuntuna..GBU lo two options unayi.. fall, summer, spring each two terms unayi...each term lo oka course tisukunte saripotundi... na luck bagundi next h1 pick ayyi approve ayithe.. october ki h1 start ayithe....ekkuva courses cheyanakarla...just 5-6 courses complete chestanu.. otherwise nenu complete masters cheyali ante..i have to complete 12 courses(mandatory 36 credits)... so planning kosam adugutuna...
