Green Card Fees & Payroll Taxes By Desi Consultancies

Hi Guys,

 

I am a struggling H1B victim of a Desi consultancy in US. I have the below questions regarding GC and Payroll Taxes collected by Desi Consultancies in US:-

 

What is normal Green card processing fees charged by the individual desi consultancies in US ?

 

Do we have to pay our own taxes if the employer runs our paycheck when we are on bench ?

 

For Green Card, Labor department gave wage determination of $100,000 per year with 2 years experience resume. So is it a rule that my employer have to run payroll of $100,000 for each and every month till i get my current date ?

 

 

Your help/views/ideas are appreciated.

In PERM green card processing, a DOL determined prevailing wage is a mandatory element for case filing.  Prevailing Wage is a key factor impacting the employer’s decision to initiate labor certification sponsorship, the employer’s ability to pay a position’s salary, the employer’s decision of position level (eventually impacting the EB-2 or EB-3 preference categories), and many other technical details in PERM filings.

In many instances an employer would like to know the estimation of the prevailing wage before a sponsorship decision is made.
