Thingarodu Posted June 27, 2014 Report Posted June 27, 2014 if you are planning to stay with your current emp for about 18 - 24 months then go ahead and start the GC process.. once i-140 approved your priority date will be blocked... after that even if you switch to another emp your priority date will remain as of previous one... kaani october (H1 start date) varaku wait cheyyala leka ippude process start cheyocha naaku idea ledu bro..

I am not sure about deal between you and your emp... kaani mostly gc process expenses 50-50 share chesukuntaru... nuvvu around two years undam ani anukunte I would suggest you to start the process..
