Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah expressed concern over about Rs 11,000 crore worth industries are going to Andhra Pradesh State from Telangana. He said he came to know that some big industrialists and businessmen are moving towards AP for setting up their businesses in and around the new AP capital.  It will be a loss of Rs 11,000-crore income to Telangana State, if the government failed to prevent them.  It is the time to provide the industrialists, businessmen and entrepreneurs to set up their shops here with all facilities and incentives, he suggested.

The TPCC chief appealed to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhara Rao to protect the interests of industrialists and businessmen and help prosper the State.

 

“The Chief Minister should create a favorable atmosphere and give them confidence and rope into the State for business”, he added.
