Bhyaa h1 apply chesinapudu kuda u will send original resume kada ... for uuusscciiss ki nuvu epudu fake chyavu.... so submit nee genuine details only nothing will happen ... and opt laa compulsory pay undali ani rule emi ledu... so even if dint get paid that should be ok...... last yr ma wife ft ki same situation and current na situation kuda same... 1 week la ft edo decide avudi..

resumee lo 1.5yrs fakeeee petta..no job during recession times lo.(2009-10)(OPT lo vundee)..added Employerrrr as OPT employer..but aa employer ki ..not even one day work cheyaleduuuu ...now ft jobs vallu ...exact dates of employment....employer.etc details aduthunnaru..Is it possible for them get my info like..i didn't workeddd from any other sources .....

 

future lo GGGCC applyy chese tappudu ela manage cheyali..also like h111 transfeerr(original resumeee ivvali kada) ki .....

 

From what I know... manam  h1 transfer documents mostly direct ga attorney ki pampisthamu. you can send your original resume to him. Also, H1 ki resume required kadhu anukonta but attorneys prefer to add that.   so, nee H1 case strong ga undhi and rejection/RFE chances are very less anukonte ..do not send resume to him unless he asks for it....

 

inka GC  Processingg lo, Labour application lo rastharu nuvu ekkada pani chesvu and job duties...mostly, adhi lawyer based your resume fill chesi..neeku verification pampisthadhu..so, nuvu better correct  resume ivvu vadiki unless you can get some experience letter from the company and prove in i140 stage.

 

also, opt annav kabati you do not need to have get paid..so w2 might not be an issue.. also, 2009-2010, you do not have to go that back.....

 

naaku telisinvallu fake mostly india lo companies pettvaru,so, india nunchi just oka letter head meedha experience tepinchavaru..you know how easy it is

But never ever pake in ft documents tell what ever it it's for real....... epudu emi 2009-2010 la u din work but u were under employer kada ? Petinaa just say this is my real and India la pani chestuna company f1 sponsored under them came here ani...

I was under employer during opt....I didn't worked at all for that company....indian experience em ledu ... after Btech gap ledu ...so em petaledu..
