Per sq feet 3500 Rs vesuko 50 lakhs approx avuthundhi for 150 sq yards .. Contractor might give a quote of 55 lakhs with 5 lakhs for his profit ... U can get a duplex I think Initially once show land documents for lawyer to know everything is fine, Get the land survey done .. They will tell u any irregularities and what exactly is ur land , Architect wil design the house Acc to ur need Once plan is approved u need to get approval from municipal corporation I think Contractor will start his work Good post
