Every day almost 93 woman are oblation to rapes in India

 

 

 

 

Chennai : Even though, creating the strict laws and huge protests against rape and at last governments are also changed but women still do not have adequate security in our country.

Day by day the incidents are even increasing, on average 93 women are oblation to rapes. From the latest report of the National crime records bureau they gave report with stunning results regarding this.

Where as in our country for the year 2012 24,923 rape cases were filed, But in 2013 the cases were further increased to 33,707 and it is a big matter of concern. After nirbhaya’s incident in capital city Delhi government has introduced the strict laws but those laws are not helping the women. In Delhi around 585 rape cases were registered, in 2013 1441 cases were registered till now, that is more than double of the previous year. Delhi stands first in the report of rape cases after that Mumbai, Jaipur and pune.

Across the last year’s report highest number of case were found in Madhya pradesh (4335), Later Rajasthan (3285), next Maharashtra(3063), Uttar Pradesh(3050) and so on..Most victims are those between the age group of between 18 to 30 years, and in those 94% who are well known like neighbors and relatives. By seeing this report woman association responded very strongly and insisting all women to carry pepper spray and self defense items to get rid from the worse situations
