Currently OPT Cap-Gap meeda unna and H1 kooda approve ayindi....Konni reasons Valla employer marali....suggestions ivvandi konchem....New employer change avachaa during Cap-Gap ???....Malli H1 em cheyyali???

i am not sure abt cap gap scenario man...lets wait for others.....but if ur h1 is approved and u decide to change employer then u need amendment.....but that is only after oct 1st

naku correct info telidhu kani anukunnadhi cheptha bhayya

 

1. yes u can shift employer

 

2. cap-gap lo u can work for any employer (I guess as it is still considered as a OPT or F-1 status)

 

3. After u change employer in cap-gap the employer has to file for new H1 using u r old H1 receipt number and u have to get the receipt before Oct 1.

 

generally people say it as little risky as if the old employer revoke u r h1 before the new h1 gets approved due to some reason the new h1 emana biscuit aithe problem avtundhi antaru so be cautious and careful during the transfer process.
