H1 To H4 To H1

His company is asking him to go wherever they have a project or quit or go to india and obviously he wants to stay where they are and find a project. 1. Can he come back to H1 once he finds a job - will he be considered cap exempt. His company will revoke H1 as soon as he quits

i think its better to move to anothe employer or consultancy by doing a h1 transfer before its revoked...

1. Worked 3 yrs in H1 then got frustrated with IT job and went back to india to look after his family construction biz

2. Got frustrated with family biz and decided that Us it job is best life.

3. Married girl on H1 and came back to US on H4 visa.

4. Found mesthri marketed himself in tibco/java and found proj and mesthri applied for cap exempt H1 once he got proj..

1. his wife got a full time 3 months, thats why he doesnt want to leave his current palce (austin)
