Ssis And Oracle Experts Help

Hi Guys,

I need some info or confirmation on if we have flexibility of using Rollback option from SSIS on Oracle database running on a Linux server.

If we can do, could you share some examples or tutorials?

 

I did some research and usually from SSIS when we connect to Oracle db, using "Oracle Services For Microsoft Transaction Server" component that could be installed while installing client we have the flexibility to use rollback from SSIS.

But when i checked with my oracle dbas they mentioned that it is available if it is running on Windows OS.

So if we have Oracle db running on Linux how do we use roll back feature for the package?
