Ila pay chese bhaaadhulu illu konukovaadam better a antaaaraaa ?? ... Prasthutaaniki nenu oka 250-300k illu 5% down payment ki ready unnnaaa... MD Va lo ekkada theesukunte bhaaaguntundhiii kastha cheppandi... Nenu DC lo working .... Mana desi agents unte vaaalu thirigi manaki 3% isthaaaru anta so that we can use those for closing costs ani.... meeku thelisinaaa evvraina best agent unte cheppandii... .
