In order to come out from the crisis of revenue deficts, he seems to making plan to enhance the rate of land registrations. With the news that Guntur- Krishna districts are going to be the Seemandhra's capital, the rate of lands increased to a surprise level. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu for the time being issued oral instructions to stop the land registration in 19 mandals of Krishna and Guntur
