My details as follows: Age 30years Masters in India (2006) Msc in International Acc and Finance (2009) Maritial status : Single Please let me know about any chances in getting H1 / OPT visa without completing MS in US. Barriers: Difficulty in fee payment 2 years time

150bryant Posted July 5, 2014 Report Posted July 5, 2014 yes convert avachu. H1 anedhi future employment. while u are in F1--u hav to find an employer who will file for your H1. And since u dont hav masters from US..u will hav to apply in bachelors quota...so dantlo lottery chance is less. bottom line is if you can find an employer or job in a company who will do your H1-- u can convert to H1. But u can start working only from Oct1st. till then u hav to be in F1 status(attend univ)
