Other illegal buildings are marked and notices served to them BTW ,Few years back the high court of AP has declared that all the buildings in the layout are illegal and asked Govt to take necessary action. As the Govt was not taking action the court too even gave warning to demolish the buildings and submit report to it ! This is the reason why no one is trying to eve approach the court to stop the govt's action 1
