After that 100 yrs technically u r no more owner of that flat .. If they decide to destruct ... U will be entitled to small piece of land as the basement land will be divided by number of flats ... As time goes on the value will reduce for .. Western countries lo flat value depreciates from 1st year it self .. Yet ppl get it bcoZ they are cheap and closer to downtown and all other amenities and mortgage is easy to get .. Only In India flat value increases upto 15 yes & 20 yrs later one or other day it has to come down . Hope u wonderstooodd

KCR gadi farm house Gajwel lone untadhi, 100 crores project edho sanction chesadu akkade, city nundi 50 km untadhi, Gajwel ki MLA kuda kabatti okkasari rates perigipoyayi...........one month lo almost 10 times perigayi......
