i guess..Hubble Telescopes or which ever can take pics only in black and white....a tarvata lots of effort goes into processing them to give colors.....

yes you are right , hubble can only take pics in gray scale , the colors are added later depending on various factors , but thats pretty much how they look like if you look at them with ur naked eye..
