Look for fitness deals on group on and go to fitness clubs with group classes,they r are not expensive and uw ill be motivated as there will be lot of people :) But ala work out cheyalante you need to change your diet.Here is my sample diet plan. Weight 200 lbs Breakfast at 9 AM : Morning 1 bag of Gardein Chicken Strips ( i throw away the sauce pack) + 75 gms elite whey protein Lunch at 12 : Afternoon 340 gms of steamed broccoli with whole 1 pack ofhttp://www.amazon.com/Kohinoor-Platter-Masala-Kidney-Ready-To-Eat/dp/B009B9P0QK Snacks 2-3 PM Orange -1 Strawberry (1/2 cup) Blue berry (1/2 cup) 4 PM Protein Shake + Spinach Salad nuts'n more chocolate almond butter 2 tbsp 6 PM Protein Shake 75 g or 1 cup oatmeal with 50 g protein shake + 2tbsp flax seed powder 8 PM 75g Protein shake 9 PM 340 gms of steamed broccoli My Works Outs Tue - Wed - Sat Crossfit

Yes buddy my intake is very high but i drink 5-6 liters of water everyday and i lift very heavy .I am not very big its all lean muscle. This is my sample workout in crossfit Deadlifts- 350 lbs max for 5 reps 300 lbs max ofr 10 reps Squats 230 lbs max for 10 reps.
