Weight 200 lbs Breakfast at 9 AM : Morning 1 bag of Gardein Chicken Strips ( i throw away the sauce pack) + 75 gms elite whey protein Lunch at 12 : Afternoon 340 gms of steamed broccoli with whole 1 pack ofhttp://www.amazon.com/Kohinoor-Platter-Masala-Kidney-Ready-To-Eat/dp/B009B9P0QK Snacks 2-3 PM Orange -1 Strawberry (1/2 cup) Blue berry (1/2 cup) 4 PM Protein Shake + Spinach Salad nuts'n more chocolate almond butter 2 tbsp 6 PM Protein Shake 75 g or 1 cup oatmeal with 50 g protein shake + 2tbsp flax seed powder 8 PM 75g Protein shake 9 PM 340 gms of steamed broccoli My Works Outs Tue - Wed - Sat Crossfit

harvey Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 first intrest ravatam ledhu or lazy gha anipisthundhi ante u dont have pump in your body ani....before going to gym 1 hr mundhu take good proties like 4-6 egg white and some oats....15 min before workout drink 2 cups of coffee for boost...if that boost is not enough use no-xplode or 4d pump...u r sensitive to caffine there are no caffine boosters too. Cuts sugars completely.drink fat free milk.Take only req amount of carbs...but dont cut them completely as they r the energy source.Before lifting wts do cardio for atleast 30min to warm up your body with out warm up u will not be able to lift the wts which u should be able to.Above diet given by kalisha is good but u need fish oil to make ur body absorb the protien u r taking...so either use fish oil caps or eat atleast one fish fillet(tilapia/salmon) in one of ur meals.If u r looking for good results in terms of muscle u need BCAA( Branched chain amino acids) they convert ur protien intake into muscle and also helps u while work out keeping the muscle soft. Drink more water. And take multi vitamins too.Many of us think tablets are not safe but all the above are fda approved and are being used by atheletes and body bulders...as long as u dont abuse them they wont do any harm to the body.
