Regarding the modernization secretariat employees response was different, Babu might be in Hyderabad around 10 months for this spending 10 crores is not necessary in their expression. Andhra pradesh CM selected 8th floor in L block as his chamber in secretariat already every thing will be well built and total chamber will be well furnished and maintained well, but to modernize there is nothing to replace in the existing building but for spending 10 crore is surprised for the secretariat employees.
