Me gym chese work out plan ekkada koddiga post cheyaraa.. Please
Cardio before it after weight lifting ??

How many days good per week?
1.5 hr is good to spend per day.. M I rite?

daily 1.5 hr chesthe. mari sana pusa ayyithavu.

50 lbs over weight ekkada.. yevaru akkada:)

 

first weight reduce chesko bro , body heavy ga unnappudu weights ekkuva lift chesthe bulk muscle form avthadi , it looks weird also dont do abs untill u cut down your tummy lekapothe hard aipothadi tummy daggara and it will be dificult to cut it dwn...... do more of cardio and treadmill and light weights thats it untill u cut dwn the fat.... also main food vishayam lo care teesko .. dont eat more than 1800 calories if u wanna reduce ur weight... also eat proportionally ...

ante severe diet + run + exercises cheyali apde cut ayiddi sit ups pushups + basic exercises cheyali + stretching for 2 months

personal experience vallu unte vindam ani

nu bakkaga unte asal avsaram ledu over weight ithey u have to do cardio , warm up oka 15 minutes chesi then run outside for 2-3 miles with out stop and u have to sweat ur shirt every single day else no way around.

+1 .... also , OP okey saari cut cheyyali ante kastam , dont focus on abs directly ... mellaga routine follow aithe avey vasthay down the line..dont do things in a rush , appudu body gymson galla laaga asahyam ga tayar avthadi
