donganaaK Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 50 lbs over weight ekkada.. yevaru akkada:) first weight reduce chesko bro , body heavy ga unnappudu weights ekkuva lift chesthe bulk muscle form avthadi , it looks weird also dont do abs untill u cut down your tummy lekapothe hard aipothadi tummy daggara and it will be dificult to cut it dwn...... do more of cardio and treadmill and light weights thats it untill u cut dwn the fat.... also main food vishayam lo care teesko .. dont eat more than 1800 calories if u wanna reduce ur weight... also eat proportionally ...
