Less sugar, salt, oil carbs************************************Very important,....(Indian chai, Ice Cream) 2. No Bread 3. No Cornflakes. avoid corn syrup, High fructose corn syrup 4. Omlett & Oat meal, Chicken, Mutton, Fish ( Make sure you remove animal fat from them) 5. No aeriated Drinks.Beer etc 6. Fiber- Carrots, Dosa kaya 7. Weekly 3 times Cardio until you loose weight (130-150 lbs) - Thread Mil, Cyling, elliptical ( Don't miss Saturday Morning, Sunday Night) elgo mighta 5 days office kadha. 8. Green Tea. drink atleast 5 times. 9. Avcado substitute for break fast. 10. Lot of greens 11. Eggs, Milk, Dry fruits.. almonds, little bit kiss miss, kaju 12. So na workout plan...since 6months started with 24 age, 121lbs, 5' 11 Monday - Legs, crossfit style and free weights Tuesday - Rest (Full eating including junk kuda) Wednesday - Chest, back and lite ga shoulders Thursday - Arms, shoulders Friday - Full core exercise Saturday and sunday...Intlo free body exercises Gym lo 45mins...No breaks (15-30 seconds vasthadhi while changing) Intlo 30mins..no breaks 6 pack perfect ga raledhu gani, Pack shape start ayindhi Now...155lbs, 11% body fat Food okkate no control for me...I eat everything Meats to chocs/icecreams...
